Camp Pocono Ridge offers transportation as an option. 
We currently offer seven bus stop locations and two airport pick-up locations. We look to add more stops as registrations warrant.
Transportation is an optional and additional service, but highly recommended when a bus stop location is available to you. We feel taking camp transportation helps to better and more quickly acclimate the camper. Campers and their luggage are picked up at the same time, on the same day. You will not need to pack camper soft trunks ahead of time and make two trips to the bus stop.
Those campers opting for transportation services will receive their bus stop and travel information in their camper packet after their initial registration contract has been completed. This packet will include their specific bus stop location, pick-up & drop-off times, transportation policies, etc... Campers arriving via an airport should contact the office BEFORE purchasing airline tickets to schedule and confirm camper's arrival. Those arriving at Newark International may purchase the base transportation option, those for JFK, should choose the premium transportation package.*
Transportation is NOT available on our Visiting Day: Saturday, July 26, 2008. Please plan to pick-up your camper if this is his/her last day of camp.
