Dear Camp Pocono Ridge:
I just wanted you to know how much fun I had at camp this year. First, I had a lot of fun on the Trapeze. I never thought I would have done something like that. The first time I went on it I was really scared cause I'm afraid of heights, but it was GREAT! I definitely want to do it again.
Swimming, Cooking, you guys taught me to do different things and I found out I liked Archery. At first, I didn't think I could do it but Brooks helped me. He helped me a lot and I got good too. I even made a BULLSEYE!!! YAY, YAY ME.
As for the other campers, I love them all. I made a lot of new friends. I especially liked making bracelets with Sammie and doing crafts with Leanne. Camp was great but I guess the best part was that I learned to open up to people. I never was like that before. Being at CPR taught me, I can be myself and they won't say anything to others. They taught me so much. It’s hard to explain. Andrea's "Spider woman" was so cool. Maddy was just funny all the way around. There are so many great people; I can't talk about them all.
To me, the camp is ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY!!! I hope to be part of it again. You all welcomed me with open arms. No one treated me different. They just liked me for me.
I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL SO VERY, VERY, VERY MUCH, FOR MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME.

It is so great to see that you are carrying on your family's dream. CPR to myself and others was the most wonderful place to grow up. Recently, Michelle M. (87-89)and Liz L. (86-89) and I got together for a reunion. Michelle had a very big photo album from camp, all we did was laugh and talk about old times. We will never forget our summers at Camp Pocono Ridge and I'm speaking not only for myself, but for all the other campers who went to CPR, thank you for everything. I wish you the best of luck.
