Camp Pocono Ridge is located in beautiful Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania on the Ridge of the Poconos within the Endless Mountains. We have easy access from both Routes 81 and 84, the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and are just 150 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia.

Susquehanna County sits west of Wayne and Pike Counties, keeping us within close range of terrific camping neighbors and enabling us to participate in inter-camp sports competitions. We are 45 minutes north of our beloved Lake Wallenpaupack where campers may opt to go on full-day water-skiing and motorboat adventures. The area hosts three different Horseback Riding facilities, three 18-hole championship golf courses, two 9-hole golf courses (one at the end of the street) and one Miniature golf course.

The Lackawanna, Lackawaxen and Delaware Rivers, home to countless wilderness adventures, are all in our backyard with many opportunities for our campers to go hiking, mountain & rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, tubing and canoeing, as well as the ultimate in overnight camping.

We are less than 25 miles from Clarks Summit and Scranton, home of the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees (the new Yankee AAA Baseball Affiliate), 5 area hospitals including a trauma center, the Montage Performing Arts Center, the Toyota (formerly Ford) Pavilion at Montage Mountain for terrific summer festivals and concert events, the Lackawanna Railroad Attraction, Steamtown Mall and the Shoppes at Montage, Cinemark Mega-Movie Theaters, and much, much more.
